How do I place a wholesale or bulk order?

If you have already texted us for the wholesale/bulk information go ahead and just send us a text of what you want! We will email you an invoice. Our phone number is (520) 265-1121. If you would like to know more about these orders text the word WHOLESALE to the previous phone number.

 

How long will my order take to ship?

We will get your order shipped within 3-4 days of you order being placed. We will then send you an email with the tracking number.

 

What if I don’t like the scent I bought?

We do our best to give detailed descriptions of each candle. Unfortunately, we will not be able to take returns unless you are local and your candle has not been burned yet.

What if my candle is damaged?

We do our best to safely package our candles. However, if your candle arrives damaged please take a picture of it and email us at support@livingalbright.com and we will send you a replacement!
