How does wholesale work?

If you are interested in placing a wholesale order go to our Wholesale tab to learn more! You will need a EIN (tax ID #) to get started. If you are wishing to place a bulk order let us know what you are looking for in the "contact us" form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How long will my order take to ship?

We will get your order shipped within 3-4 days of you order being placed. You will receive an email with the tracking number. We no longer offer local pick up at this time. Check out our instagram to stay up to date on our in person shopping hours!

What if I don’t like the scent I got?

We do our best to give detailed descriptions of each candle. Unfortunately, we will not be able to take returns unless you are local and your candle has not been burned yet.

Where are your candles made?

We make our candles in our Candle Studio in Mesa, Arizona!

What is in your candles?

Check out our About Us page for more information regarding the contents of our candles! Creating candles that are safe to burn in your home is our #1 priority!

What if my candles arrive damaged?

We do our best to safely package our candles. However, if your candle arrives damaged please take pictures of the candle and packaging and email us at support@livingalbright.com and we will send you a replacement! Please keep the damaged candle and the packaging, this helps us process the insurance claim!

Do you still have car diffusers?

We get this question a lot in one form or another… “do you still have car diffusers?” The answer is yes and no. You can now find our best selling diffusers over on our sister company’s website: Difuzr.com
